Sit-down dinner & a show (of sorts)

We started with a walking tour of RHS, with Charlene as our guide.  Many things had changed, and yet many things were the same.  Then we had the meal in the school's commons.  It was a low-key catered type affair, and the meal had a choice of chicken or steak (or both!), with salad, potato, veggies, roll & a beverage (sorry, no alcohol - it's a school!)

After the meal was a "time of remembrances".  We started with the answers to the questions about information we all predicted 20 years ago - remember Mrs. Glenn's class?  With that came the answers to the "now" portion of the game.  Those who had been to this site did better than most...  Then there was a chance for any classmate who wanted to speak up about what ever they want (their favorite memory from school, the neatest thing that has happened to them since then, etc.)  There was also prizes for those little personal achievements, such as 'who traveled the furthest', 'who had the most kids', 'who lost the most hair' - well, you get the idea.  Lastly, we had some cake and coffee or punch along with time to just reminisce.

Thanks to Charlene (Dickenson) Baker for being our school liaison and tour guide, Kelie Dike for getting the caterer (how cool was that to have Mr. French & his wife cater!), Dan Leighton for finding and inviting our teachers, and Robb Peck for rolling the whole thing into one fun day.
